Aeronautical Charges
By Telephone
Ring 9796 2300 to pay your bill by credit card (e.g. Bankcard, Mastercard, or Visa Card).
By Direct Debit
To set up all direct debit facilities give our accounts section a call on (02) 9796 2300 and we will provide you with the account details.
By Mail
Please address payment to:

Please make the cheque payable to the relevant airport company.
Paying in person
Cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS payment - just bring your account details.

Property Leasing Charges
CB Richard Ellis receive payment of rent and charges for the property division only. There are several methods of payment available:
Direct Debit
If you are not paying by Direct Debit already, the forms are available on this website or call our property department on (02) 8709 9444 and we will provide you with the form. Please complete and return this form to the:

Please refer to the invoice for the BPay Biller Code and Reference number – the reference number will change each month.
For the payment of Aviation charges you should continue/commence paying the Aviation department separately and under no circumstances send the payment for Aviation charges to CB Richard Ellis. The Aviation charges will be billed separately under an Airport letterhead whereas the property charges will be billed under the CBRE letterhead.
